What is WebPro?

WebPro allows established patients to view their existing future appointments, pay their billing account online, view past account statments and manage account information such as updating address and phone number.

 

How Does WebPro Work?
 

You can access WebPro from any PC with an Internet connection. You simply click on the WebPro link on Stonecreek Family Care's web site or go to:

https://stonecreekfp.pdswebpro.com/patientlogin.aspx

From this screen, you enter your log-on information, and then you will be presented with a menu of available activities.

 


 

What features does WebPro include?

Online Bill Pay
 

You will be able to see your current account balance and make a payment on your account using a credit/debit card or your checking account information.
 

 

Online Statements
 

Your last 12 billing statements are available for viewing and printing. You may also opt-out of receiving paper billing statments.
 

 

How is security maintained during the transfer of information?
Security is of utmost importance when transferring personal data across the Internet. Between your PC and the WebPro Gateway Server, 128-bit SSL encryption is used. This provides a secure connection between you and the server.

 

How do I register for WebPro?
 

Registration can be completed from your PC, laptop, internet based tablet, or smart phone that has internet and e-mail capability.

If you know you have your current email address on file with us, all you need to do is go and setup your account. In the first step, you will create a user name and a security question and answer. If the email, last name and birthdate match our records, you will receive an email with a link to finish the registration and create your password.

Your WebPro registration, Username & Password, are separate from the login used to access patient messaging direct to your physician or nurse which we refer to as Webview.
